Payment methods

You can order online securely - we use the Paypal secure shopping basket and also accept bank transfers.

Or if you prefer, simply call us with your order and pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

Shipping rates

Shipping within Australia is charged at just $5 per order, with FREE shipping for all orders over $80. Sample packs have free shipping.

Packing

All Livinia products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition - each item is carefully wrapped. If your goods are damaged in transit, please return for a full refund or replacement.

Despatch and delivery

Order are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Customers will receive notification by email when orders have been despatched. Australian customers can expect to receive orders within 3 working days, subject to Australia Post.

Refund policy

If any of our products is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the product.
